I scanned it at 320 dpi (any more brought out the paper's weave). I made 4 photoshop 'passes' at it, and it's barely acceptable, due to the age of the photo (!)

If anyone has a more 'pristine' copy of this, please scan it at around 320 dpi and get it to me; I'll replace this one.
